2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one atn88 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. atn88 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, atn88 may suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your atn88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. atn88 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify atn88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your atn88 account, whether by you or by any person accessing your account with or without your authorisation.
3.2 You must not allow any third party, including minors, to access or use your atn88 account at any time. If you become aware that a minor has accessed your account, you must notify atn88 support immediately.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your atn88 login session is terminated after use, particularly on shared or public devices. atn88 implements automatic session timeouts but accepts no liability for account access that occurs before a timeout triggers.
3.4 You agree not to use any automated software, bot, scraper, or script to access or interact with atn88 services. Any account found using automated tools will be suspended without notice and its balance may be forfeited.
4.1 Deposit Methods. atn88 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, including but not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.2 Deposit Funds Ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your atn88 account are legitimately yours, are not derived from criminal activity, and do not violate any applicable law. atn88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. atn88 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of request submission under normal operating conditions; however, atn88 does not guarantee this timeline. Extended processing times may apply during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. A minimum wagering requirement may apply to deposits made in conjunction with a bonus offer before withdrawal is permitted. Where no bonus has been accepted, deposited real-money funds may be withdrawn subject to identity verification procedures. atn88 reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to charge processing fees on certain withdrawal methods, which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
4.5 Transaction Finality. All confirmed deposits and settled bets are final. atn88 does not reverse or cancel settled transactions except where required by law or where a manifest technical error has occurred.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by atn88 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering on games with a house edge below a stated threshold may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. atn88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay intent, or engaging in systematically low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without normal gambling risk.
5.4 Promotion Modification. atn88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect entitlements already earned and not yet credited.
6.1 All casino games offered on atn88 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall govern gameplay for that specific game.
6.2 All sportsbook and e-sports bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules published on the atn88 platform. atn88 reserves the right to void bets where a market has been offered in error, where the market is affected by outside-the-rules circumstances, or where regulatory requirements necessitate voiding.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet placement, atn88 will take all reasonable steps to reconstruct the state of play from system logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. atn88 accepts no liability for losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity on the user's side.
6.4 Malfunction Policy. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game malfunction is identified by atn88, all bets placed during the affected period may be voided regardless of the displayed outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the atn88 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the atn88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, software, and game assets — is the property of atn88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use atn88's services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any atn88 content in any form.
8.3 Game software and content provided by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their applicable licensing terms.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, atn88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
9.2 atn88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your atn88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 atn88 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of any service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to the platform. atn88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
9.4 Gambling involves financial risk. atn88 makes no representation or warranty that you will achieve any particular outcome from using the platform. Past winnings are not indicative of future results.
10.1 atn88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its users. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits, daily/weekly/monthly loss limits, session time reminders, and reality check notifications.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Member may request a self-exclusion period — temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent — directly from their account dashboard. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be locked and no deposits or gameplay will be permitted. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected period.

11.1 atn88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
11.2 Upon account closure by atn88 for cause, any balance remaining in the account — including winnings derived from activities in breach of these Terms — may be forfeited. Where account closure is initiated without cause, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 You may close your atn88 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Real-money balances will be returned; bonus fund balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
12.1 atn88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, atn88 will provide notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
12.2 Your continued use of atn88 services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which atn88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated under atn88's licensing framework.
13.2 Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact atn88 support in good faith to attempt an informal resolution. atn88 targets a response to formal complaints within 5 business days.
13.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law.
